SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING:  We strive to provide a quick and safe shipping experience.  All packages are shipped through USPS with the exception of local Alabama delivery (*See below).  Our shipping rates are based on weight and all orders over $75 receive FREE SHIPPING.  Upon shipment of your order tracking information will be sent via email.  In the event you do not receive your order on time, please first contact USPS directly and provide them with tracking number.  Most cases can be resolved through USPS, but please reach out if resolution is not met.

*LOCAL ALABAMA DELIVERY:  As a service to our local customers we offer FREE local delivery to the following Alabama ZIP codes:  35640, 35601, 35603, 35670, 35622.  You can choose this option in the shipping drop down menu at checkout.  We will drop off order at front door or mailbox and a delivery confirmation email will be sent.  Please specify any additional instructions in the 'Notes' section at checkout.  

RETURNS:  Quality and customer service are our top priority.  While we hope that you are always satisfied with our products, we understand there are times issues may arise.  In this event, please see our return guidelines below.

At this time we do not accept returns on any skincare products that have been opened or used due to safety concerns.

In the event that your package has missed or damaged items, contact us within 3 days of delivery.  Additional information may be requested for resolution.  All other refund requests must be submitted for review within 10 days of delivery.
